My Story
She invests in the spiritual, social, creative, and professional power of women, urban creatives, and young entrepreneurs. Karine Melissa is a Professor at various South Florida colleges and a Leader in her community; positioned as the 2023-2024 President of the Women's Chamber of Commerce of Miami-Dade County. She is the Campus Director of South Florida Fashion Academy - Dual Enrollment High School and a licensed Real Estate Professional with Trust Core Realty.
Karine Melissa is the Visionary Founder of LOUD Love of Urban Design®, We Think Loud®, YNG LGCY®, and Boss Babes of South Florida. On January 31st, 2024, the Mayor and Chairman of Miami-Dade County presented an official Proclamation declaring January 31st, 2024 "Dr. Karine Melissa Day" in Miami-Dade County.
Learning more each and every day is of the utmost importance to Dr. Karine Melissa. She completed a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Organizational Leadership at Trinity International University, a Fashion Merchandising Diploma at Ashworth University, a Master of Business Management at University of Phoenix, a Biblical Counseling Diploma at Light University, Bank of America Institute for Women’s Entrepreneurship at Cornell University - Certificate of Women in Business Leadership, inducted into the National Society of Leadership and Science - University of Phoenix, and a Doctor of Management and Organizational Leadership (DM abd) at the University of Phoenix.
In addition to be featured in media outlets such as Deco Drive and Elle Spain, Dr. Karine Melissa is a Recipient of the NAACP & Beyonce's BeyGood Foundation Business Grant, Legacy Magazine – South Florida’s Top 50 Black Business Leaders and Influencers, Brickell Key Magazine – “Top 20 under 40” Professionals by Brickell Key Magazine, City of Miami – 3x Recognition by the Mayor for philanthropic efforts, Proclamation recipient from the City of North Miami, Commencement Recipient from the City of Miami Gardens, Fashion for Charity - Board of Directors, and World Fashion Organization – President for U.S.A World Global Creative Leader for Fashion.
