She is the Founder of LOUD Love of Urban Design® and serves her fourth term as President of the Women’s Chamber of Commerce of Miami-Dade County, reflecting a record of trusted, results-driven leadership. Her work drives strategic growth, high-level partnerships, and expanded economic access for business owners and creatives.
Dr. Karine produces LOUD Week and Turks & Caicos Islands Fashion Week and led the launch of the first-ever Business of Fashion program at Turks and Caicos Islands Community College. An Adjunct Professor at South Florida Bible College and Miami Dade College, she holds a doctorate in management and is widely regarded as a leading authority in creative enterprise, economic development, and executive leadership.
